A supporting service around the website

Digital Tools & Workflows

Calculators, forms, trackers, and connected workflows built around the way your business actually works.

Custom websites are the center of Emberwright’s work. When a website project also has a repetitive, confusing, or manual step behind it, I can shape a practical tool around that process — from a customer estimate to an internal tracker.

Real business proof

Two working examples show how a business process can become something clearer for customers and easier to manage.

Tools that help a customer provide the right details, understand options, or get to a useful next step.

Trackers and dashboards can make ownership, deadlines, risks, and follow-up easier to see. The examples below use sample data and do not represent client engagements.

Connected business workflow diagram
Capability overview

Connected workflows

When several pieces need to share information, they can be scoped as one connected system rather than separate tasks.

Examples show capabilities, not fixed packages. The appropriate scope depends on how much existing structure can be reused, the fields and logic required, workflow complexity, and whether multiple pieces need to connect. Rich dashboards and connected workflows are not automatically included in the $40 Starter Tool. Supporting materials are scoped separately where appropriate.

Supporting Materials

Useful beyond the screen

Some business processes also need a price sheet, printable form, or branded operational document. Those materials can support the same workflow without becoming a separate top-level service or being forced into Digital Tools pricing.
